How to Apply for VR Services
- Fill out the Application from website and mail to: Intake, Office of Rehabilitation Services, 40 Fountain Street, Providence, RI 02903.
- Ask if an ORS Counselor visits your school or community organization.
- Apply by requesting vocational rehabilitation services in writing.
